Omni View Consultancy was engaged by Khazanah Nasional Berhad to conduct its pilot project on The Orange Book : Strengthening Leadership Development for GLCs in July 2007.

The pilot project on Leadership Development Audit was conducted on the UEM Group, where a total of 8 of its subsidiary companies participated in this audit. In carrying out the pilot project on Leadership Development Audit, Omni View Consultancy had the opportunity to work closely with Khazanah’s project committee and also with McKinsey & Company in its capacity as the project’s advisor.   

The opportunity in being selected to carry out a pilot project of such magnitude and the first of its kind for GLCs in Malaysia had not only provided a tremendous challenge for Omni View Consultancy but more importantly were the many lessons that were learned by all the pilot project’s participants. 

Moving forward, Omni View Consultancy had the opportunity to share our experience and expertise with the following GLCs in conducting their Leadership Development Audit in 2008.
