ALISIA YAP ABD has over 19 years of experience in diverse operational and management positions in Sales and Marketing, Retailing, Human Resources and Training.

Having worked in several multinational organizations over the years, she decided to leave her last organization, the LVMH group, to pursue her passion in the field of human capital development. Her exposure in the various business activities, both operational and support, enable her to view and weigh both opportunities and challenges from different perspectives.

Alisia has conducted numerous programs for local as well as multinational organizations, such as change management, performance management and coaching, communication skills, client relationship skills, sales excellence, retail operations, presentation skills and leadership development skills. Besides that, she is also involved in conducting 360 leadership surveys and leadership audits projects.

Alisia is a Certified NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), NLP coach and Hypnotherapy Practitioner from the American Board of NLP, as well as a DISC behavioral profiling practitioner.

She has a great passion to help improve the individual as well the management of people in order to achieve both individual and organization success.
