ERIC DE ROZAIO has extensive hands-on experience both as a HR generalist and consultant in the field of human resource management for more than 25 years. Throughout his career, he has covered the full spectrum of the Human Resource and Training and Development in the banking and financial sector, hospitality, advertising and also with large established public listed Groups with diversified business activities.
He had successfully carried out human capital restructuring exercises in two large public listed Groups of companies involved in the construction and property development sector.
Eric's strengths and passion lie in the area of Talent Management to enhance human capital for value creation for organizations. He has designed and developed Behavioral Competency Gap Assessment on areas of Leadership and Performance Effectiveness, Sales Effectiveness and Team Dynamics.
He had implemented long-term HR initiatives and strategies by leveraging on the Harrison Innerview profiling tool to attract, develop, manage and retain high performing employees and ensuring a "Right Fit".
He had recently participated on process-oriented projects on Organizational Climate Survey and Leadership Assessment & Organizational scanning with Ajinomoto (Malaysia) Berhad and MRCB, respectively.
