FRANCIS has over 20 years of work experience in operational Human Resources as a strategic leader as well as a Human Capital Development Specialist.
His work exposure with multinationals and local conglomerates has enabled him to lead and be responsible for the development and implementation of human capital strategies to be aligned with business strategies. His experience covered various industries which include hospitality, finance-insurance, express & logistics and property investment – retail/theme parks.
Graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree from the National University of Malaysia and a Post Graduate Diploma in Education from University Malaya, Francis has a broad working experience in the whole range of human capital functions, from talent development, talent identification and management, coaching and counselling and transactional management related to human capital. He is also a certified Competency Based Interviewer.
