GRACE CHAN initial working experience of 5 years has been focus on financial industry,
where she was working as Finance Manager before moving on to training and software support
for the next 9 years.
As for customer service career path, Grace started working with Omni View in 2002 and subsequently was
introduced to consulting service area where she successfully administered Petronas Secretarial assessment
in Sept 2004 for more than 200 secretaries and the project has started a career path of customer
service for Grace.
Grace area of expertise lies with system implementation and support, organizing and conducting
trainings, identifying customer’s need, subsequently providing customer support both remotely and on
site.
