KEVIN TAN is the founder and Managing Director of Omni View Consultancy (M) Sdn Bhd. Kevin has a financial/accounting background and is trained in the Dale Carnegie Course in Australia.

To-date, Kevin has trained key personnel from leading and progressive organisations such as ASTRO, Arab Malaysian Merchant Bank Berhad, and Maxis Communication Sdn Bhd in the administration and interpretation of personality/suitability profiles. He is an accredited Competency Based Interview Technique Trainer by Predict Success, Inc, USA. where he specializes in conducting a competency-based interview technique training program called "Interview for Success".

Kevin has also assisted many organisations including Bank Negara Malaysia, Pfizer (M) Sdn Bhd, and Wyeth Malaysia Sdn Bhd to construct and customise individual and competencies templates for the software system that Omni View Consultancy (M) Sdn Bhd offers.

Kevin's area of expertise lies in the selection process, recruitment methodology, performance management, competency assessment, assessment centres and suitability testing aspect of human resource.

In 2007, Omni View Consultancy (M) Sdn Bhd was the first locally established consulting company that was successfully selected by Khazanah Berhad Nasional to pilot the Orange Book Leadership Development Audit.
