NORIDAH MD UTHONG graduated with a degree in Bachelor of Business Administration, Majoring in Marketing from Open University of Malaysia (OUM). She has been in the field of Human Resources Management for the last 5 years with NRY Architects Sdn Bhd and Malaysian Institute of Management. During her career, she had the privileges of working on the overall spectrum of Human Resources area such as Recruitment & Selection, Employee Relations & Communications, Training & Organisation Development, compensation & Benefits, Human Resources Services and Managing Payroll.

She has experienced in a different fields ranging from human resource, customer service and administration & management. She has 13 years of experienced in the airline industry as a stewardess with Malaysia Airlines and 5 years in the administration and management. Overall she has more than the 23 years of working experience.

A graduate in Business Administration (Honour), her interests and passion in the HR world and communications with all level of people are combined with her skills and experiences in building-up relationship with existing and new clients.
